People generally buy computers from big companies that produce computers on a huge scale - but the quality of these machines is far lower than one custom-built for you. They use generic components and whatever is cheapest, often leaving no room for expansion and less powerful components, big companies often use tacky cases and noisy fans. They skim money off every point possible at the interests of making the biggest profit. Being hand built, in a Lattyware PC, each component is checked and ensured to be perfect, then assembled with care and attention.
Power
PCs from big companies often look good because of the specs they give you - but what is actually inside, the missing details, can often be very bad. If they are good in one area they are often cut back in another, and because of this machines under-perform. With a Lattyware PC the components are hand picked to perform best with each other, and with your uses for the PC.
Tailored
Buying a PC can be daunting if you don't know enough about it to make the choice. The specs may look good, but how do you know that it will be useful to you? With a Lattyware PC, we don't build to specs, we build to uses. If you want a gaming PC, we will build you one, if you want a PC just for browsing and typing, we can do that too. Simply give us what you want and a budget and we will tell you what we can do. If your budget is very high, we will make sure what we build suits you, and not just spend all of your money for the point of it.
Set Up
When you are buying a Lattyware PC you are not just buying a PC - you are buying a PC with everything needed to get going. Typically we will install the latest version of Ubuntu Linux, an operating system that offers you the best out of your PC, for general uses, and Microsoft Windows Vista for gaming. Of course, this is up to you. We also install a huge variety of software on your PC that allows you to get going right away, including Office software, Image Editing software, Audio Visual software, and more, all free - we also do not install any annoying adware or spyware like some manufacturers. With Ubuntu, you also have a huge variety of software available to download and install free with just a few clicks.
